Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing

Role Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Marketing will partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to analyze funnel performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable recommendations to improve lead quality, sales efficiency, and revenue outcomes.

Deliver insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, campaign performance, and sales productivity; support forecasting processes and revenue planning; collaborate with Marketing Operations to measure ROI on campaigns and demand generation activities.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles within high-growth SaaS or tech environments
• Understanding of SaaS financial metrics, subscription economics, and data-driven revenue forecasting
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and related GTM tools
• Solid understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes, including lead management, pipeline development, and forecasting
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
