Role Overview
You will build and own Base’s ecosystem of venue, brand, and experience partners, finding and closing premium partners, launching Member-only access, and negotiating terms.
What You Will Do
Identify, pitch, and close premium partners, launch Member-only access, negotiate terms, own sponsorship revenue targets, and work cross-team to integrate partnerships into Member experiences.

Requirements
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, sponsorships, events, or account management
- Experience closing and managing complex partnerships across hospitality, culture, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Ability to design or execute premium events, experiences, or community activations
