Global Finance Operations Advisory Lead

Role Overview

Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, and safeguards the organization’s assets. Leads the Global Finance Operations (GFO) Advisory Team as a global, cross-capability organization, develops empowered Capability Experts, and connects expertise across GFO capabilities and partner organizations.

What You Will Do

Leads the GFO Advisory Team, develops Capability Experts, fosters close collaboration with GFO Capability Communities and Work Squads, Regional Finance Hubs, Global Expert Hubs, and Global Process Governance, and provides strategic and functional leadership across the broad Finance capability landscape.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or equivalent degree
• Minimum 5 years as a people leader with proven ability to support talent development, manage personnel conflicts, and build effective teams/communities
• VACC-savvy Leadership
• Solid understanding of the capability domain
• Emotional intelligence & cross-cultural sensitivity
• Proficient in communicating clearly and effectively
• Skilled in coaching and mentoring
• Driver and ambassador for change
• Strong in strategic thinking, transformation, managing ambiguity, and enterprise mindset
