Role Overview
The Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager designs, develops, and delivers innovative learning experiences that address current and emerging business and performance needs across US Pharmaceuticals. Combining expertise in instructional design, digital learning development, learning technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), this role partners with L&D colleagues, business stakeholders, and vendors to create scalable, engaging, and measurable learning solutions.
What You Will Do
Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to assess business and performance needs and translate them into effective learning strategies, curricula, and digital learning experiences. Design, storyboard, develop, test, and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, video content, assessments, simulations, performance-support resources, and blended learning experiences.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree and/or 8 years’ corporate pharmaceutical experience or master’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in either Healthcare industry or previous experience in a training organization
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience developing eLearning using tools including Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), MS 365
- Minimum 3 years’ demonstrated experience applying generative AI and related technologies to learning design, content development, workflow improvement, and agent or automation development using platforms such as Perplexity, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or MyGen Assist
- Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including appropriate human oversight, content validation, data protection, intellectual property, accessibility, and organizational governance
- Ability to work under pressure, to meet short timeframes, and to collaborate across groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact seamlessly with all levels
- Strong project management experience, ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality where appropriate
- Proven business acumen, including strong analytical skills, interpretation, and business problem solving
- Self-directed in ambiguous situations; Strong decision-making skills and ability to delegate/lead business critical initiatives
