Role Overview
Responsible for integrating financial planning tools and concepts into the overall service model of a Financial Advisor team, as well as client engagement. Provides leadership to the Financial Advisor team, contributing to the short and long-term strategic planning and overall training of the team.
What You Will Do
Influence and participate in the establishment of the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to increase revenue. Develop the household balance sheet and cash flow analysis, to include long term planning for retirement income. Implement the use of goals-based planning tools to quantify clients’ objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
- Must have a proven track record in relationship management and client service
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) and insurance licenses
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
