Role Overview
The Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for insurance products to achieve revenue, profitability, membership, and customer growth objectives.

The role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns, contributing to the achievement of revenue, growth, profitability, acquisition, and retention targets, and collaborating with teams across Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, business management, or a related field
- Experience supporting business growth, customer acquisition, retention, or revenue-generating initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and external partners
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate insights into action
- Financial acumen, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
