Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium size accounts, provide customer service, data analysis, business planning, and project management. You will work with customers to develop and execute business plans, and analyze client needs from a project experience standpoint.
What You Will Do
Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, review and resolve discrepancies, work with customers to develop business plans, and analyze client needs.

Requirements
- History of working in a customer-facing or expanded operational role in Energy, Resource and Marine Travel segment
- Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services
- Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledgeable in travel industry client technology tools
- College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
