National Program Management Coordinator role provides support to the Program Management team in ensuring effective coordination of client reporting requirements and business review analysis preparation. The role involves managing day-to-day functions, preparing client reports, and updating centralized records. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in corporate travel or a related industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in corporate travel or related industry
  • Capable of synthesizing large amounts of data and developing strategic analysis and recommendations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to think-through and outline work processes in a thoughtful and detailed manner
  • Able to prioritize issues and multi-task effectively to handle multiple assignments proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Assist with adhoc reporting requirements
