Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the efficient execution of the order cycle, proactively solving incidents, and leading collaborative forecasting with clients and sales teams. They will utilize data analysis to anticipate demand and identify commercial opportunities, enabling better decision-making and a higher level of service.

The Sales Operations Specialist will ensure prompt problem-solving related to purchase orders, monitor order flow, detect deviations or incidents, and act as a key operational link to resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
