Role Overview
The role supports commercial growth and operational excellence by delivering high-quality data, actionable analytics, efficient business processes, and effective commercial systems support. The individual will serve as a trusted business partner to commercial leaders by translating data into meaningful insights and recommendations that improve sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and business performance.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include administering and maintaining Salesforce and CPQ, developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools, analyzing sales performance, and creating and delivering executive-ready reports and presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or related functions
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Advanced experience with Power BI, dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience presenting insights and business recommendations to leadership teams and stakeholders
