Role Overview
Lead the independent Risk Management Division (RMD) and oversee the development, implementation and periodic review of the Bank`s comprehensive Risk Management Framework.
What You Will Do
Support the Board of Directors/Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) in developing the Bank`s risk appetite and translate it into a risk limit structure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ensure compliance with applicable Bangladesh Bank instructions and Basel III requirements; oversee regulatory risk reporting and Pillar III disclosures.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of banking experience
- At least 03 years of hands-on experience in Risk Management of reputed Banks
- Graduation/ Post-Graduation degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, FCA, FCMA, ACCA, CIMA or recognized risk management certifications
