Marketing Manager – Engagement & Member Communications at BECU. Job involves leading the strategy behind meaningful, timely, and engagement and marketing communications across the entire member lifecycle, and shaping the future of member communications at BECU.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent work or education-related experience
  • Five years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing, or a comparable role
  • CRM and life-cycle marketing experience
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong service focus and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, including presentation development and delivery
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications, brand and its relation to positioning, marketing strategies, and tactics
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking with the ability to provide insights, research and provide innovative business and competitive analytics, positioning, and strategies toward fulfilling marketing opportunities
  • Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional collaboration, relationship building, influence, and negotiation
