Growth Solution Architect

Role Overview

The Growth Solution Architect will translate client needs into winning technical and business strategies, and communicate those solutions clearly to both clients and internal teams. This role demands hands-on involvement and leadership paired with a strong understanding of technology, digital trends, client and market landscapes, and product and business strategy.

What You Will Do

Create solutions for specific opportunities, lead the development of innovative and effective solutions, contribute to demos, proposals, oral presentations, and other customer-facing artifacts, and work closely with SMEs and partners to ensure solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client needs and our strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in solution development or program leadership, with a proven track record of supporting Federal proposals
• Strong knowledge of Agile, HCD, and DevSecOps cultures and practices, with specific experience designing approaches for complex system development
• Knowledgeable in architecture, design, and delivery techniques for modern cloud solutions, including frontend user experiences, backend APIs, and data-intensive systems
• Effective in cross-functional team collaboration to achieve goals and motivate action
• Ability to transform complex insights into straightforward, persuasive content
• Demonstrated ability to write and manage proposal sections like technical approaches and management plans
• Experience analyzing client priorities to shape a winning technical solution
