Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Berger Moving & Storage is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in St. Paul, MN. The successful candidate will develop new prospects, interact with existing clients, and provide price quotes for local/long distance moving services and storage.

What You Will Do

Develops new prospects and interacts with existing clients by phone/virtually, determines customer needs, and proposes appropriate services. Provides price quotes, communicates customer needs to the Move Coordinators and Operations teams, and provides timely follow up with potential customers and office staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous sales experience at a customer service level (preferred)
• Previous experience in residential moving (preferred)
• Confident with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent follow up skills
• Strong presentation, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
