We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management to join our team and help drive key business outcomes. The role will involve building a new go-to-market segment and approach, working closely with the Chief of Staff to uncover data-driven insights and implement cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience
- BA/BS degree
- Strong interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences
- Intellectual and analytical curiosity
- Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive specific, focused insights
- Project management & execution skills
- Scrappiness
- No ego teammate
