Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management

We are a hybrid company with a focus on in-person collaboration when necessary. We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Account Management to join our team and help drive key business outcomes. The role will involve building a new go-to-market segment and approach, working closely with the Chief of Staff to uncover data-driven insights and implement cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Strong interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences
  • Intellectual and analytical curiosity
  • Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive specific, focused insights
  • Project management & execution skills
  • Scrappiness
  • No ego teammate
