Growth Enablement Manager

Role Overview

As a Growth Enablement Manager, you’ll support the firm’s growth ambitions by helping client teams identify opportunities, develop relationships, and produce high-quality proposals. You’ll work closely with the Senior Go to Market Manager, Client Leads, and consultants to make it easier for our people to win work. This is a varied role combining growth enablement, business development support, knowledge management, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Your primary purpose is to help our client teams build stronger relationships and create more opportunities by providing the insight, tools, content, and support that enable them to deliver consistently high-quality client engagement. You’ll support lead generation activities, prepare client insight, and maintain the CRM to facilitate effective opportunity tracking and pipeline management.

Requirements

• Ability to create practical tools, templates, and resources that make it easier for others to do their jobs well
• Organisation and coordination skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across different teams
• Proactivity and ability to identify opportunities to improve how things are done
