Role Overview

The Chief Business Development Officer will support BHcare’s continued growth by advancing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening community relationships, and supporting long-term organizational sustainability.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic growth and business development initiatives, identify and evaluate opportunities for service expansion, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and provide strategic direction for development, marketing, communications, grants, and community engagement.
