Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our Great Lakes regional sales team, responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, developing relationships, and understanding customer business strategies in the Cleveland market.

Identify potential business opportunities, develop relationships, and work with a team to create and execute solutions to help customers achieve their business objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently located in the Cleveland area
  • 7+ years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Clear history of new business development selling marketing solutions
  • Demonstrable sales success through prospecting and growing revenue in large accounts
  • Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale)
  • Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3-6-12 months)
  • History of career stability with a maximum of 3 employers in the last 10 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
  • 4-year college degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency with web, SaaS, and mobile applications (plus)
