Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our enterprise sales organization. This is a consultative, new-business-focused individual contributor role responsible for identifying and developing high-value opportunities within technology-forward and innovation-driven organizations.
What You Will Do
Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise business opportunities within the Silicon Valley market, engage C-suite and senior leaders in insight-driven, strategic conversations, and diagnose complex business challenges.

Requirements
- Currently located in the Silicon Valley
- Minimum seven years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience
- Proven success in new business development, selling marketing solutions or professional services
- Experience with six-figure and seven-figure deal sizes ($250K+ per sale)
- Track record of career stability (maximum of three employers in the last ten years)
- Compensation history that includes performance-based commissions and bonuses
