Product Operations/Manager – Staking Products

Binance is seeking a Product Operations/Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for Staking products. The role will be responsible for defining and managing token strategy, APR pricing models, and project partnership initiatives to strengthen product competitiveness and expand the supported asset universe. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products, with a deep understanding of staking mechanics and exceptional cross-functional coordination skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX / DeFi / yield products
• Deep understanding of staking mechanics: validator economics, liquid staking tokens (LST), APR composition, and on-chain yield infrastructure
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination, project management, communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features
• Fluent in Mandarin; working-level English for cross-team and partner communication
