The Sales Manager will lead the Inbound Partners (IP) sales team, driving sales performance, conversion excellence, colleague engagement, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will lead from the front, using data, coaching, performance management, and strong commercial judgement to maximise conversion, productivity, and revenue. The role involves creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement where high standards are clearly defined and consistently maintained.

Requirements
- Proven success in a sales leadership role within a high-volume, target-driven sales environment
- Demonstrable experience of delivering sustained sales growth through coaching, performance management, and team development
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams that consistently exceed targets
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, challenge, and develop individuals at all levels
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make effective commercial decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in an environment where pace, accountability, and performance are critical
