Role Overview
Join Birdman, a leading company in plant-based supplements and foods in Mexico, as a strategic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive growth, profitability, and positioning in key accounts of the modern channel.
What You Will Do
Manage the P&L of key accounts, optimize Trade Spend and margins, analyze inventories, DOH, and forecasting, negotiate with major chains, detect growth opportunities, and develop account strategies.

Requirements
- 4+ years as KAM / Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing in FMCG, CPG, or Wellness
- Analytical, negotiating, and data-driven profile
- Mastery of retail portals (Retail Link, Atlas, MAD, Nielsen)
- Experience in revenue management, pricing, and promotions
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, or Tableau management
- Degree completed (master’s degree is a plus)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influence skills
