As an Account Manager (Fokus Customer Service), you will actively shape the establishment of the German location, support e-commerce customers in day-to-day business, and develop long-term, trusting customer relationships.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B account management, customer service, customer success or in a comparable customer-oriented role
- Ideally knowledge of the e-commerce, logistics or fulfillment environment
- Very good German and English skills for professional communication with customers and internal teams
- Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and practical experience
- High service orientation, self-responsible working style, and a developed talent for approaching challenges in a solution-oriented manner
