Account Manager (Fokus Customer Service) m/w/d

Our customer is an e-commerce fulfillment service provider with headquarters in the Netherlands, offering a complete logistics solution to traders, combining technology, automation, and data-driven processes to enable fast, efficient, and scalable fulfillment solutions. As an Account Manager (Fokus Customer Service), you will actively shape the establishment of the German location, support e-commerce customers in day-to-day business, and develop long-term, trusting customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B account management, customer service, customer success or in a comparable customer-oriented role
  • Ideally knowledge of the e-commerce, logistics or fulfillment environment
  • Very good German and English skills for professional communication with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and practical experience
  • High service orientation, self-responsible working style, and a developed talent for approaching challenges in a solution-oriented manner
