Role Overview
Drive growth and retention of Mid-Market accounts within Square’s Services vertical, partnering with diverse businesses spanning sports & entertainment, health & beauty, home services, and professional services.
What You Will Do
Own and maintain relationships with mid-market services sellers, consult with business owners to uncover opportunities, retain and grow portfolio through use-case expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and identify opportunities for technical Square solutions.

- Experience in the services industry (sports & entertainment, health & beauty, home services, and professional services) preferred
- Technical solutioning skills, including requirements gathering and translating customer needs into scalable solutions
- Demonstrated success retaining and expanding strategic accounts
- Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with senior stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, strategic problem-solver who thrives in ambiguous environments
