The role involves building strong relationships with content providers, understanding their technology and data goals, and delivering exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant data technology or financial field, or equivalent professional experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience managing and supporting key accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of RIXML and proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
