Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team in Nashville. The role is mostly commission-based and starts with guaranteed compensation in the form of a draw. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or nonprofit development and a proven track record of success.
What You Will Do
The Account Executive will be responsible for hunting for, finding, and closing new business, as well as maintaining a professional and courteous image at all times. They will also be expected to be tech-savvy and a quick learner.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or nonprofit development
- Prior knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee
- Ability to prove past success
- Experience in all facets of a complete sales cycle
- Strong willingness and ability to hunt
- Comfortable challenging, confronting, and asking difficult questions
- Comfortable selling to strong personalities who are often in the C-suite
- High desire, commitment, motivation, and goal orientation
- Professional and courteous image at all times
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
