Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will have real, human conversations with women who already want what we offer, guiding them from interested to committed without feeling sold to. The role involves high volume phone sales on a proven process that works. The offer is strong, the leads are warm, and the product changes lives.
What You Will Do
Make 100+ dials per day on warm, pre-qualified leads, follow our proven sales process on every call, hit daily booking targets consistently, manage your pipeline and follow up properly in our CRM, and train with your coach daily and implement feedback fast.

Requirements
- 6+ months in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales role, or proven experience selling your own products
- Exceptional on the phone
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Self-sufficient with your time and pipeline management
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional setup
