Health Consultant/Customer Experience Representative role at BodySpec, working remotely from home, guiding clients with empathy, accuracy, and energy, handling complex client inquiries, and contributing to ongoing process improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success using CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, Zendesk, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
- Proven ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and pass an internal knowledge and skills assessment within 90 days
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to connect and empathize with diverse clients
- A deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness — you understand the industry and can engage authentically with clients who care about their health journey
- A consistently positive, solution-oriented attitude — even on tough days
- Comfortable working independently, while thriving as part of a tight-knit, high-performing remote team
