The Account Manager, Nonprofit is responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing portfolio of nonprofit customers by building strong relationships, understanding fundraising and engagement goals, and positioning our solutions to help them achieve greater impact.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success, or revenue roles
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or selling into the nonprofit sector
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable with presentations, facilitation, and relationship building
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tech
