Role Overview
As a data scientist, you’ll use your analytical skills to help create real-world impact by working with clients to understand their questions and needs, and then digging into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle.
What You Will Do
You’ll work with and learn from your teammates as you develop algorithms and systems to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers so that your clients can make informed decisions.

Requirements
- Experience performing data-driven analysis to support financial, operational, or strategic decision-making
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, macros, modeling, and automation for business reporting
- Experience building, validating, and presenting analytical insights to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience developing dashboards or data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, to communicate insights
- Experience reconciling, cleaning, and validating complex datasets
- Experience with financial analysis, modeling, or reporting, including assisting with budget evaluation and variance investigation
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and use data to recommend solutions, optimize workflows, or improve business performance
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, timelines, and data deliverables in fast-paced environments
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or CS field
