As the first RevOps hire reporting to the CEO, you will own the entire revenue engine end-to-end. You’ll transform HubSpot into a trusted source of truth, build the outbound data layer with tools like Clay, and design the reporting frameworks that drive leadership decisions as the company scales internationally.

What You Will Do

• Audit and architect the entire GTM tech stack, establishing HubSpot as the definitive source of truth for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and manage the outbound data layer, including signal sourcing and enrichment waterfalls, to operationalize high-performance SDR plays.
• Implement comprehensive attribution models and forecasting frameworks to provide leadership with actionable insights into pipeline health and growth opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in RevOps or Sales Ops within B2B SaaS, ideally as the first or sole operator in a high-growth startup environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM architecture and modern RevOps tooling, including hands-on experience with GTM engineering tools like Clay.
• Strong analytical communicator capable of translating messy datasets into clear strategic narratives for executive leadership to drive commercial decisions.
