We are seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the Victorian and South Australian regions. As the Business Development Manager, you will drive business growth, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and manage the end-to-end sales and acquisition process.
Requirements
- Results-driven professional with a passion for sales, relationship management, and driving business growth
- Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing integration or similar capital equipment sales environment
- Strong understanding of bespoke machinery, robotics or factory automation systems and solutions
- Excellent commercial and ideally technical acumen with ability to interpret technical drawings / documents
- Demonstrated track record of business development and achieving sales targets in B2B or industrial markets
- Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and self-management skills
- Current and valid Australian driver’s license
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce desirable)
