Role Overview
The Marketing Analyst will plan, moderate, and facilitate strategic workshops and forums, build and execute the communication plan for digital transformation and efficiency programs, and conduct the mapping of current and future processes together with business areas.

The candidate will design dynamics, support materials, and consolidate outputs in action plans, organize events, create communication pieces, and conduct activities in a simple way.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication (Publicity, Public Relations), Marketing, Administration
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Office: PowerPoint (advanced), Excel (intermediate), Word; Outlook; MS Teams (including live session conduct/webinar)
- Power BI (basic reading and editing of dashboards)
- SharePoint
- Azure DevOps (boards)
- collaboration visual tools (Miro/Mural)
- Mentimeter or similar
- design tools (Canva/Adobe Illustrator, Figma)
- AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia)
- Copilot, and other AI generative tools
- Proven experience in corporate, internal, or external communication
- Practical experience in facilitating and moderating meetings, events, and workshops, including leadership audiences
- Basic knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement, having participated in process levelling, kaizen, or improvement workshops
