Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you will sell to business and IT leaders, take ownership in crafting customer-centric solutions, and work alongside the account team to define and expand revenue opportunities. You will also act as a critical liaison between Sales and Product, sharing customer feedback with the Product Management, Operations, and Engineering functions at Box.
What You Will Do
You will research, explore, and identify customer business problems, think like a builder, and experiment, iterate, and refine to make every customer experience exceptional. You will own the technical win in your account, drive the technical deal forward, and lead demos articulating the value of Box.

Requirements
- 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting experience within SaaS, enterprise software, AI, or cloud platforms
- AI-curious and technically fluent
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, languages, and modern architectures
- Experience working with low code no code automation
