Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and steady guide for customers seeking auto glass repair and replacement services. You’ll handle inbound leads, present quotes, guide insurance decisions, and close sales that help customers get back on the road safely.
What You Will Do
Handle inbound customer calls and emails, prepare and present quotes, help customers determine whether to pay out of pocket or use insurance, educate customers on value-added services, and follow up on unsold estimates.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of inside sales, call center, customer service, or retail experience
- Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and listening
- A passion for helping customers and thriving in a performance-driven environment
- Comfort using computers, typing, and multitasking
