Role Overview

The Bradesco Group is a conglomerate insurer seeking a Data Analyst to support decision-making through data analysis, treatment, and visualization. The professional will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information, developing analyses, dashboards, and automations that contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

What You Will Do

Perform data analysis related to Human Resources indicators, develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, create and optimize SQL queries, develop scripts in Python for data treatment, and support the construction and improvement of analytical processes.

Requirements

• Higher education in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas
• Office package
• Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio) at an intermediate level
• Python for data analysis, treatment, and automation
• SQL at an intermediate level for creating queries, joins, filters, aggregations, and analyses in corporate databases
• Knowledge of data modeling and indicator analysis
• Manipulation of CSV and Excel files
• Notions of governance, quality, and information security
