What You Will Do
Design, deploy, secure, and operate OCI solutions; implement FinOps capabilities; define and maintain cost-allocation models; design cost-data integrations; and experience with data transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience integrating commercial cloud environments with agency financial-management, cost-accounting, reporting, or business-intelligence services.
- Proven hands-on experience designing, deploying, securing, and operating OCI solutions.
- Experience implementing FinOps capabilities, including cost allocation, chargeback/showback, budgeting, forecasting, optimization, and consumption reporting.
- Hands-on experience configuring OCI compartments, tagging and cost-tracking tags, budgets, usage reports, cost analysis, and billing exports.
- Experience designing cost-data integrations with enterprise reporting, financial-management, data-warehouse, or business-intelligence platforms.
- Ability to define and maintain cost-allocation models that map OCI consumption to organizations, programs, projects, applications, environments, contracts, and customer-defined reporting dimensions.
- Experience with data transformation, validation, reconciliation, automated reporting, dashboards, alerts, forecasting, and anomaly detection for cloud billing and usage data.
- Understanding of rightsizing, scheduling, autoscaling, storage lifecycle management, license optimization, discount utilization, idle-resource identification, and cost-governance practices.
- Working knowledge of least-privilege access, OCI audit logging, secure financial-data sharing, RMF, ICD 503, and NGA A&A processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across finance, procurement, program, cloud, cybersecurity, application, Oracle, and Government teams.
