Role Overview
Communicate the value of Bright Horizons’ early education and care programs through strategic revenue-driving marketing initiatives. Develop product marketing strategies and initiatives that drive benefit utilization and measurable growth of the family solutions product portfolio.
What You Will Do
Develop comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies, conduct market research, develop compelling messaging, collaborate with the product team, track and analyze key metrics, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
- 5 years in Marketing (preferably in the early education/childcare/preschool industry)
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the childcare or education industry
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated success in developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth
