Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for understanding and applying company strategy, allocating resources and activities, managing and coaching sales representatives, and meeting BMS bio-pharmaceutical behavior and compliance policies. The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, particularly in disease management, and the ability to analyze customer types and business opportunities. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with different departments, such as market, medical, and registration departments, to obtain support and drive business performance.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager will include managing and monitoring key activities, such as IHM and RTM, managing and monitoring hospital-related projects, and communicating effectively with customers, KOLs, and internal stakeholders. The role also requires the ability to quickly understand and learn scientific information, participate in relevant discussions and academic meetings, and win the trust of KOLs through mature communication skills and professional abilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
