Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and talented Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The Inside Sales Specialist is essential in enabling Broadata’s sales team to drive towards exponential growth and efficiency. This position will involve Inside Sales functions such as sales backorder review, weekly customer pipeline/ open order meetings, track and monitor sales performance metrics and providing regular updates to the team.

What You Will Do

Works with various inter-company departments to ensure expectations of the customer are met. Develops customer relationships that enhances growth and communication. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, proposal preparation, and client communications to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent technical sales experience)
  • 4+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or related roles
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
  • CRM experience is desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
