BGRE is a global real estate partner seeking a Financial Analyst to support portfolio-level strategy, transaction-adjacent analysis, and capital and liquidity management.
What You Will Do
The role involves analysis of return metrics, market positioning, and performance relative to underwriting, as well as providing transaction-adjacent support on acquisitions, dispositions, and other portfolio activity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Up to three years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, principal investing, or portfolio/asset management
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
