FP&A – Analyst

Role Overview

This role sits within the Finance Planning, Reporting and Control (FPRC) Tower in Group Finance Shared Services (GFSS). You will support planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis activities for defined contracts, products or business units.

What You Will Do

Prepare and consolidate monthly financial results in line with IFRS / GAAP. Support budgeting, forecasting and medium-term planning. Perform month-end close activities. Analyze revenue and cost drivers and provide variance commentary.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or finance professional with relevant post-qualification experience, preferably within a multinational or shared service environment.
• Experience in financial results delivery, including month-end close, variance analysis and management reporting.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP, group reporting and multi-entity environments.
• Hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, planning and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience supporting internal controls, governance and audit requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
