Part Time Sales Lead – Stonebriar Centre

Role Overview

The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty. They provide direction to Bear Builders, model Experience First behaviors, and achieve store sales goals. When not designated as Floor Leader, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.

What You Will Do

As a Floor Leader on Duty, you will guide and support a team of associates, provide exceptional Guest service, and model Experience First behaviors. As a Bear Builder, you will provide exceptional Guest service, engage with Guests, and uphold operational excellence.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
