Inside Sales Representative III Sales

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative III Sales will provide support to Outside Sales Reps in meetings with customers, prospect new customers, and provide high-quality service to current customers. They will actively make phone calls, solicit sales orders, and engage in selling company products and services.

What You Will Do

The role involves utilizing specialized knowledge and experience to assist customers with issues such as product selection, pricing, availability, and refunds/exchanges. The representative will also generate sales quotations, enter orders into the computer system, and provide training and assistance to less-experienced Inside Sales Representatives.
