Process Executive-Sales Operations will support the team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of service related to contract management, order management, customer query management, debit / credit memo issuance, and analysis reporting around customer & sales management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service / sales operations / customer management process
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and CRM platforms
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools
