We are seeking an Associate Category Customer Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Clorox. As an expert in understanding our business tools and market dynamics, you will bring insights to action for the sales organization to execute. Your role will be integral to helping shape future strategies and understand white space opportunities. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring growth opportunities to life and support customer activation plans.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in category management, sales, marketing, or trade management roles from a leading CPG company
- Experience in Healthcare Distributorship/Healthcare Industry and/or Distribution, with a focus on cleaning products and janitorial sanitation
- Ability to use Nielsen (WS+/Answers) and Exceedra (and/or other TPM)
- Strong collaboration skills and strategic thinking
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
