Data Analyst

Role Overview

Support data migration, conversion, and quality assurance activities for a Federal enterprise acquisition system modernization, analyzing and validating data from 21 legacy applications transitioning to a unified Appian-based platform.

What You Will Do

Conduct data profiling and quality assessments, analyze source-to-target data mappings, support development of data conversion and cleanse plans, perform reconciliation activities, collaborate with data conversion engineers, and develop test scenarios.

Requirements

• US citizen with ability to pass Tier 2 background investigation
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years supporting data migration, conversion, or integration projects
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify data patterns, anomalies, and quality issues
• Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques
• Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to document technical findings for non-technical audiences
