Indonesia Field Sales Manager

Role Overview

This role is essential in driving CADDi’s expansion and market growth in Indonesia. As the Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in both business development and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for driving individual sales excellence from lead generation to closing deals.

What You Will Do

Execute end-to-end professional enterprise sales from high-intensity lead generation (inbound/outbound) to deal closure to consistently achieve quarterly quotas. Analyze customer needs and consult on core Management Agendas, leveraging CADDi’s platform to solve deep structural pains for manufacturers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B software sales or manufacturing solutions and products
• Native Indonesian and professional English skill (Japanese is a plus but not required)
• Proven track record of pitching to C-suite and top management
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational skills
• Numerical abilities and a problem-solving attitude
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
