Role Overview
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will create a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel a ‘Famous Feeling’. You will be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer, taking on additional responsibilities, and taking pride in your execution.
What You Will Do
You will inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, foster a culture of caring and camaraderie, and drive sales with purpose and determination to achieve goals. You will also be responsible for managing the store, including pricing, inventory, and customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
- Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
