Role Overview
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will create a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel a ‘Famous Feeling’. You will be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience and take on additional responsibilities to drive sales and achieve goals.
What You Will Do
You will inspire teammates, elevate sales, and ace retail operations by driving sales with purpose, taking accountability for goals, and maintaining high standards. You will also connect the dots by utilizing resources and championing our Famous culture.

Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
- Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
